DOCUMENTED LABORATORY QUALITY SYSTEMS

The purpose of a laboratory’s quality management system is to provide assurance that all testing is consistanly performed in such a way as to provide a high level of confidence that the results are both accurate and precise and also are reliable and trustworthy.


To achieve this a laboratory needs to establish quality systems that underpins all of its operations. A laboratory’s operations will be assessed against it quality systems and standard operating procedures and will often attract the most scrutiny from inspectors during client and compliance audits.


To be effective your laboratory procedures, must be kept up to date, and be sufficiently detailed and robust, to avoid room for misinterpretation and misunderstanding. In this regard we can develop protocols to validate your laboratory’s procedures.
